I have a passion for helping women live the lives they are called to live in Christ without guilt, shame, or regret. I am available to speak for women’s groups, church retreats, or simply a group of friends wanting to deepen their connection to themselves and to one another. Topics that I speak about include:

• Being enough in Christ
• Self-confidence
• Living fearlessly and joyfully
• Balancing work/home commitments
• Body image

Please contact me directly regarding my availability. Presentation fee is determined by number and length of sessions being requested and includes travel expenses.

In addition to speaking at conferences, I periodically host one-day and weekend long retreats for women on the topics outlined above. The retreats intertwine many of my interests and areas of expertise such as yoga and meditation, music, didactic sessions, opportunity for guided reflection, prayer, and sharing. During weekend retreats, opportunities for hiking or snowshoeing (weather permitting) and brief personal times are included. Please contact me directly about upcoming retreat dates.
